I had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, I immediately requested an address change, but such a simple request turned into a long and frustrating process with multiple calls and emails. Another issue happened at the time of delivery. While placing the order, I had already paid extra for the “Open Parcel” option, and it is clearly mentioned in my order confirmation and visible in my app. However, when the rider arrived, he said that the open parcel option was not showing on his side and asked me to pay an additional Rs. 400. I explained that I had already paid for this service, and it was visible in my order details. It should not be the customer’s responsibility if the company’s system does not show the correct information to the rider. I even called the call center during delivery to report the issue. Eventually, the parcel was opened, but I still had to pay the extra Rs. 400. The issue is not about the money; it’s about commitment and service reliability. If a customer has already paid the company for a service, they should not face such situations at the time of delivery. Overall, it was a very stressful and poorly managed experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this platform.
