Before ordering, I had heard some shady things about PriceOye, but I must say I’m genuinely impressed with their services. The product I received was brand new, with the seals intact, which gave me confidence that it was a genuine and unused product. The price was reasonable, and it arrived within just two days. The only reason I’m deducting one star is due to the website’s user interface. The login process could be made smoother, especially for users like me who don’t have a PTA-approved phone. Additionally, the product tracking system could use significant improvement. Including features like the specific location of their hubs (e.g., Karachi hub) and real-time tracking of the order once dispatched, along with the delivery personnel’s contact information, would add a lot of convenience and assurance for customers. Transparency in their processes would also go a long way in building trust, especially for those ordering expensive products like smartphones. Clearly detailing product authenticity, logistics, and partnerships on their platform would reassure customers about the quality and reliability of their services. That said, I’m very pleased with their overall service and would recommend giving them a try.
